As 2025 kicks off we want to thank you for your generous contribution to the 16th Annual Keg & Cask Festival in 2024. Your generosity has helped us donate $33,744.00 directly to the UWCDC Oakridge Food Box over the past 8 years, this year we’ve set an ambitious goal of raising $10,000.00 for 2025. This event is set for August 9, 2025 from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
We know you’re setting your marketing budget and a budget for charitable donations. Any money you spend as a sponsor with UWCDC Oakridge Keg & Cask Festival could be tax deductible. Sponsorships are well-spent marketing dollars with UWCDC Oakridge Keg & Cask as your name is in front of customers throughout Lane County and beyond for approximately 75% of the calendar year.
According to our latest data, 655 households receive the benefit of UWCDC Oakridge Food Box. In that number, 24% are youth and 44% are seniors. In all 1,380 people were recipients of your donation.
Here is how the sponsorship program works:
Platinum Sponsor: At $2,000.00 this level of sponsorship is a great marketing opportunity for a company to lend its name in support of the Oakridge Keg & Cask Festival. As the Platinum Title Sponsor, your company name will be featured prominently on all promotional materials distributed throughout the Willamette Valley and as far east as Bend. Your company will proudly “Present” the Oakridge Keg and Cask Festival with its own Banner. Your company name will be mentioned as often as possible in all media placements, public relations opportunities, and social media campaigns. Your company name will appear on the commemorative glasses, plus website, posters, and social media.

Stage Sponsors: At $1,000 this level of Sponsorship great marketing opportunity for a company to lend its name in support of the Oakridge Keg & Cask Festival. As the Stage Sponsor, your company name will be featured prominently on its own Banner above the stage. Your company name will appear on the commemorative glasses, plus website, posters, and social media.
